First when all tour operators recommend you use a safe, ALL rooms should have them. We moved rooms to have a safe only to find the safe's were not fixed. It would have been far more sensible to move the safe.
Second bottled water before 10.00am not allowed, you had to buy ice cream's! 15kg luggage for a resort for diving is inadequate. WHEN is the offer "All Inclusive", going to be All Inclusive?
The resort was clean and tidy the staff were all helpful, gardens well kept. OVERALL RATING IS 2 STAR.

We went all inclusive and spent a hell of alot of money, between meals the only snacks were cakes, and not everyone wants cakes especially after the flies have been on them.
Your meals were all cold and they don't cater at all for kids, and what wasn't eaten was on the breakfast menu! Who wants burger and mash for breakfast!!! Even the meals we paid for were cold. The drinks were very minimal and if you were half way through one and got another they would take the half one off you.
The hotel was spot on, and most of the staff were friendly but overall we would not recommended this hotel to anyone.

An excellent hotel with very good facilities. The diving off the shore was great, highly recommended if you want good, easy diving.
The staff were most helpful and nothing was too much for them. Good choice of food, buffet style. They had shops on site but staff were a little pushy, you could not browse around without somebody trying to sell you something!
The resort grounds were immaculate and they have a 1000m walk around the bay within the grounds, very nice at night as the route is lit up. On the whole a good all round holiday, especially if you want to relax and do the odd dive.
I will be booking again.
