Just got back from the Oasis Golf, right where do I start, the apartment is a little on the small side for 2 adults and 2 kids (one 14 and one 16). Kids had to sleep on small pull out beds that made hell of a noise every time they moved. Rooms where clean and didn't find a problem with the maids at all.
The food was okay, not much verity but you get what you pay for I suppose. Lot of steps if your apartment is out of the way, we were in 178 that was near to the pool, pool bar and restaurant.
Entertainment at night not very good, bad layout, not enough seating, not very much lighting to see what is going on. Hotel is a long walk to Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas but you are on holiday to see the sights. Taxis at most we paid was 7 Euros back from Aqualand, Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas.
Staff friendly and reception staff very helpfull. Only problem I found was at night trying to get a drink at the main bar, only 1 server with sometimes waiting 20 mins to get a drink.

Stayed at the Oasis Golf Resort for a week with my friend in September 2007.
First impression was what a lovely hotel it looked, the reception staff spoke good English and check in was very quick.
The apartments are a great size and it was great that although we were all inclusive there was still a fully fitted kitchen... with fridge/freezer which came in useful for late night supply of vodka, ice, & lemonade! The apartments were lovely and were kept clean & tidy, and the maids came most days.
The food was fine, it was quite repetitive but we got the holiday very cheap (through Teletext holidays) so didn't mind.
Yes...the hotel was a short taxi ride from Playa de Las Americas but the brochure does state that...we found it quite a nice walk down but then got a taxi back up as a steep hill.
Had a brilliant holiday, staff were all very friendly and helpful...really can't complain!

Excellent hotel got relocated due to the original hotel and tour operator dispute, turned out it was a lovely place very well looked after rooms were big and had everything, had 2 pools Internet pool table entertainment etc.
Would definitely go back here someday!
